Is there local cuisine on board the cruiser?
Our gourmet chefs reflect the tastes and food traditions of the area you are sailing through, so you don’t need to leave the boat to discover local menus. The wine list similarly mirrors the vineyards and wineries you’re passing, and we always choose varieties which complement the dishes on the table. Each cruise has a sommelier on board who can help with your wine choices and tell you a little about each vintage.
I am planning a trip for my wife’s birthday, but she has limited mobility, can the cruisers accommodate this?
All our boats offer access for people who have limited mobility or who are wheelchair users. Just highlight your needs when you book, and we’ll discuss with you the best way to make your river cruise memorable for everyone in your party. We pride ourselves on making bespoke adjustments so we can tailor the travel to suit guests’ specific requirements.
Do I need to be fully Covid vaccinated before I travel?
All our staff are fully vaccinated, and we like our guests to be as well for everyone’s safety. We wouldn’t anything to spoil your trip. Our boats are equipped with medical staff who will answer any questions you may have about Covid or anything else both before you travel and whilst you’re on board. We follow the latest WHO protocols.
Do you accept under eighteens on a cruise?
The minimum age for passengers is 13, and of course, only over 18s can drink alcohol, but we have plenty of tempting alternatives for those who can’t drink or who don’t want to. All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. We also offer reduced rates for younger and senior passengers, so please ask about these when you book.
