“Just returned from our first river cruise down the Rhine valley. As this was our first time we were nervous on what to expect.
The service was second to none from the time we stepped off the plane till the time we finished.
The food was excellent with different local dishes each day.
All the included walking tours were well organised with an optional leisure group if you have mobility issues.
We will be booking again as the whole Viking experience has left us with no doubt that nothing is too much trouble. (They even apologised for keeping me waiting to hand in the on board survey, I was waiting at least 20 seconds).
All you need to take with you is your clothes (all casual, smart casual for dinner), toiletries (excluding toothpaste) are replaced every day.
Book one and you will never look back.”

“We have now finished our second Viking Cruise in Europe. I wish every travel company looked after you this way. Nothing is too much trouble and they look after you so well from picking you up at the airport to delivering you back with a member of staff guiding you through check in at a foreign airport. Food is great, Excursions are well planned and customers are looked after from start to finish. 10 out of ten every time.
We loved it so much were coming back for another next year!!”

“We travelled on the Viking Moselle and Rhine river cruise on the 25/07/2022. This cruise was our third river cruise and another most excellent experience.
The Longboat ship was very well appointed, absolutely pristine and clinically clean. Our state room was most comfortable and fully equipped with all the facilities to provide a high degree of comfort. The restaurant, food and wine were certainly impressive, the standard is comparable to cuisine served in a 5 star top class restaurant establishment.
In respect of staff, these were all very smartly dressed, courteous and well mannered at all times. All tours were interesting and exceptionally well organised led by professional knowledgeable guides. Where travel to the places of interest necessitated transport,Viking coaches were on hand these being pristine, clean and most comfortable.
In concluding, Viking provided a most wonderful holiday experience.”
