Join the “City of Bridges tour and Port wine tasting” to see Porto’s historic quarter; a UNESCO World Heritage Site. See the Cathedral, the main square and the são bento railway station. Or join a hike through Porto to pass the old harbor quarter passing through the medieval streets.
Day 3
Entre-os-Rios
Enjoy a traditional home-cooked lunch at a local quinta at this small village.
Day 4
Régua
Enjoy a tour of the 18th-century Palacio Anadia, enjoy its stunning interior and vaulted ceiling recounting the history behind the palace.
Day 5
Régua / Pinhão
In Régua, enjoy the Lamego city tour or Holy Staircase hike, accompanied by a Bolas tasting for either option.
In Pinhão, enjoy a local quinta wine tasting.
Day 6
Pinhão
Enjoy the Pinhão Railway Station hike and an exclusive lunch at Quinta da Avessa – where you’ll enjoy authentic and traditional dining complete with entertainment.
Day 7
Barca d’Alva
Join a walking tour through the Castelo Rodrigo (‘White Village’) or hike through the town for a more active adventure. Finish the day with a tasting of local favourites such as almonds, cheese, bread and wine.

Vega de Terrón
Disembark your cruise and begin your journey home.

When does the reception desk open?
Our ship’s reception desk is open 24 hours a day. Feel free to call them from your stateroom or pay them a visit for answers to any of your questions.
Are bicycles available for independent excursions?
Usually our ships have a limited number of bicycles and helmets available to be signed out for independent use. However, on ships in Portugal, this isn’t the case and we do not have any available.
Will I get to visit any UNESCO World Heritage Sites?
On day 2 of the cruise, whilst we’re moored in Porto, you’ll have the chance to engage on the “City of Bridges tour, with Port wine tasting” to see Porto’s historic quarter, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
