When does the reception desk open?
Our ship’s reception desk is open 24 hours a day. Feel free to call them from your stateroom or pay them a visit for answers to any of your questions.
Are bicycles available for independent excursions?
Usually our ships have a limited number of bicycles and helmets available to be signed out for independent use. However, on ships in Portugal, this isn’t the case and we do not have any available.
Will I get to visit any UNESCO World Heritage Sites?
On day 2 of the cruise, whilst we’re moored in Porto, you’ll have the chance to engage on the “City of Bridges tour, with Port wine tasting” to see Porto’s historic quarter, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
