Begin your getaway by checking into your hotel. Spend the day exploring Romania’s capital view the Palace of Parliament and the Village Museum.
Day 2
Bucharest (EMBARK)
Check out of your hotel and spend the day exploring Bucharest’s world-class museums and stunning architecture before transferring to your ship.
Day 3
Ruse
At our first port, bare witness to stunning medieval architecture and enjoy the opportunity to sample local Bulgarian specialities.
Day 4
Vidin
Spend the day exploring historic landmarks – including Vidin’s only entirely preserved medieval castle.
Day 5
The Iron Gate (SCENIC SAILING) / Golubac
This morning, sail the spectacular Danube river through the natural wonders of the Iron Gate.
Upon arrival to Golubac, admire scenic river views whilst learning about the history of its 14th-century fortress.
Day 6
Belgrade
Embark on a walk around Kalemegdan Fortress or opt to pay a visit to the Church of St. Sava and the Square of the Republic.
Day 7
Osijek
Witness Osijek’s highlights and enjoy a specially arranged meeting with a local family. Later, admire Vukovar’s buildings and palace.

Kalocsa
In this cultural centre, sample paprika-flavoured food and attend a specular Puszta horseman show.

Budapest (DISEMBARK)
