The Majestic Rhine: Utrecht to Basel Cruise Review
The Majestic Rhine: Utrecht to Basel FAQ
Are there medical staff on board the ship?
There isn’t a medical team or doctor on board the Spirit of the Rhine but there is always at least one fully trained first aider. If you take medication regularly and bring it with you on holiday, it can be helpful to write down the exact medicines plus the dosages in case you need any medical assistance or treatment during your cruise.
How old do you have to be to cruise with Saga Travel?
Our river cruises are exclusively for the over 50s; however, guests can bring a travel companion who is aged over 40.
How do I know if I need a visa for my river cruise?
The reservations team will advise you when you book if a visa is required for the countries on your cruise. This information is repeated on your confirmation document. Guests need to make their own visa application, and you cannot travel without a visa if one is required. Always apply in plenty of time before your sailing date.
