Porto – Pinhão
Partake in a Portuguese cooking demonstration aboard the ship. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner and cocktail reception.
Day 3
Pinhão – Vega de Terrón
Embark on a visit to Quinta do Tedo, complete with a wine tasting. Or, enjoy a kayak experience in Pinhão. Alternatively, try a guided walk through some local vineyards.
Day 4
Vega de Terrón – Salamanca
Go on a guided tour of Salamanca, or see a tuna music band.
Day 5
Pocinho – Régua
Enjoy an archaeological tour at the Côa Valley Museum (at extra expense). Aboard the ship, try a Port wine cocktail lesson.
Day 6
Régua
Join a guided tour of Lamego before walking down the steps of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Remedies. Visit the Mateus Manor House (at extra expense). On board the ship, try a mosaic tile painting lesson.
Day 7
Porto
Try a guided tour of Porto, or explore the city via an active walk. Visit Quinta da Aveleda, or go on a guided bike tour to the Atlantic (both at extra expense). Enjoy a cruise through Porto.
Day 8
Porto – Lyon
After breakfast, transfer from Porto to Lyon and board the Emerald Liberté.
Day 9
Chalon-sur-Saône – Beaune
Visit the Hospices de Beaune. Indulge in a cheese and olive tasting on board your ship.
Day 10
Lyon
Embark on a guided tour of Lyon, or join a guided bike tour of the city. Join the excursion to Pérouges (at extra expense).
Day 11
Tournon
Try the guided tour of Tournon, or embark on a guided hike through the vineyards. Later, join a guided bike tour to Glun. Back on the ship, enjoy a regional wine tasting.
Day 12
Viviers
Enjoy a guided tour of Viviers.
Day 13
Avignon
Embark on a guided tour of Avignon, or try the canoeing excursion in Avignon. Join a guided tour of the Pont du Gard, or revel in a classical concert in Avignon (both at extra expense). This evening, enjoy a Provençal dinner hosted by local chef Fabien Morreale aboard the ship.

After breakfast, disembark the ship and transfer to the airport for your return flight home.

Can I bring visitors aboard the ship?
Yes, you can. However, you will first have to speak with our UK team – who you can contact on the following number: 0808 256 4436 – to acquire and complete the paperwork necessary for the visit to commence. Further, all visitors must pay for any food and drinks they have consumed while on board the ship.
At what times will we be dining on the ship?
Breakfast is served between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM, lunch is served between 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM, and dinner is served between 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM. A full list of timings will be provided in the daily programme.
Am I allowed to bring alcohol onto the ship?
Yes, you can. However, any alcohol purchased is to be consumed in your room and not in communal areas.
