Day 3

Breisach & The Black Forest

Cologne

Enjoy picturesque Rhineland scenery, the inspiration of fairy tales, and the scene of significant military campaigns as you journey towards Cologne. Enjoy a free afternoon to explore the city and the cathedral, the largest Gothic structure on earth.

Day 8

Cologne

Spend the day discovering Cologne; there is so much to see, including the Sculpture Park, a famous Chocolate Museum, and the Flora Botanic Gardens. There is a cable car ride for incredible views over the city and the Rhine.

Koblenz has a fascinating history stretching back 2,000 years. Explore historic market squares during a tour around the most beautiful city on the Rhine. Boppard is known as the ‘Pearl of the Rhine’ with a proud heritage and stunning riverside views.

Day 13

Rhine Gorge & Rüdesheim

Today is another chance to view the spectacular Rhine Gorge with its fairytale ruined castles, the place of myths and legends. Later, dock in Rüdesheim with free time to explore before the Captain’s Dinner tonight on board ship, a gourmet extravaganza.

Cologne
