This epic 7- night gastronomic adventure combines some of Europe’s most stunning locations with gourmet cuisine, world-famous wines, and the stunning scenery of Europe’s legendary Rhine River, including the spectacular Rhine Gorge. Enjoy comfort and relaxation aboard your luxury cruiser with elegantly appointed suites and gourmet dining that perfectly mirrors your location on the river.

Day 1

Basel

Arrive in Basel and board your luxury river cruiser, home for the next eight days. Enjoy a taste of culinary heaven with your first dinner on board in our stylish restaurant.

Day 2

Lucerne & Stanserhorn

Head to the peak of Stanserhorn by cable car for a taste of fresh mountain air with amazing Alpine views. Dine at the legendary revolving mountain-top restaurant with speciality dishes, followed by a guided walk around Lucerne in the afternoon.

Day 3

Breisach & The Black Forest

Stroll the historic streets of Breisach with its impressive cathedral. Later, enjoy a tour through the Black Forest mountains, famous for their immense beauty as well as luxurious gateau. An evening performance of live music is the perfect end to the day.

Day 4

Strasbourg

Enjoy a walking tour of old Strasbourg, the heart of this picturesque 16th-century town with its spectacular Gothic cathedral. Enjoy famous Alsace treats like tarte flambee and Munster cheese, followed by an afternoon’s scenic cruising.

Day 5

Speyer

Discover the fascinating history of vinegar with a tour of a local cellar, complete with tasting or explore Speyer, with its historic sites and landmarks. The afternoon is dedicated to scenic sailing, followed by a cruise highlight, the Captain’s Dinner.

Day 6

Rüdesheim, Rhine Gorge & Koblenz

Wine enthusiasts will love the pretty terraced vineyards of Rüdesheim and its famous Riesling on a land train tour. The afternoon is dedicated to the spectacular scenery of the Rhine Gorge before your cruise arrives in picturesque and historic Koblenz.

Day 7

Cologne

A leisurely morning sail takes guests to Cologne, a historic and fascinating city with a dedicated museum just for choccophiles. Enjoy the freedom of the city during the afternoon with a visit to the stunning cathedral and a gourmet last-night dinner.

Day 8

Disembark

Disembark your luxury cruiser and spend another day exploring Cologne before transferring to the airport for your flight home or travel to Brussels for the Eurostar Service to London St. Pancras International.

We’ve cruised the Rhine several times and wanted to do something different. This cruise offers a more unusual dimension, plus who isn’t going to love a focus on great food and wine! You don’t need to be a foodie to enjoy this trip. The tour excursions and locations perfectly match the on board menu, which is second to none plus, there are plenty of regular walking and motor tours to the best attractions. This is a great cruise; the vessel is fantastic, luxurious, and comfortable. Be prepared to book a gym membership when you get back!”
