From bike rides to wine tastings, enjoy an itinerary jam-packed with adventures-to-be. Hike through the Black Forest, explore the Schwetzingen Gardens, relax on a scenic canal cruise and embark on many other excursions to make the most of your time away with us.
Day 1
Basel (EMBARK)
Climb aboard your ship and explore your living quarters.
Day 2
Breisach
Choose between the Riquewihr walking tour, the Freiburg excursion, Black Forest Hike or Breisach Wine Country bike tour.
Day 3
Strasbourg
Embark on the “The Gem of the Alsace” tour past the Parc de l’Orangerie, the European Parliament, the Place de la République, UNESCO World Heritage Site “La Petite France” and the Cathédrale de Notre Dame. Alternatively, the more active adventurer can enjoy the Strasbourg bike tour through the city and Parc de l’Orangerie.
Day 4
Ludwigshafen & Rüdesheim
Enjoy the “Romantic Heidelberg” excursion, the Mannheim Baroque Palace, the Schwetzingen Gardens or the Heidelberg Philosopher’s Path hike.
Later, in Rüdesheim, choose to visit Siefried’s Mechanical Instrument Cabinet or Rüdesheimer Coffee.
Day 5
Rüdesheim & Rhine Gorge
Enjoy a Gondola ride and wine tasting, embark on a Vineyard hike or Guided Bike Tour of Rheingau.
Later in the day, take pleasure in the glorious views around you during our scenic cruising down Rhine Gorge.
Day 6
Bernkastel
Opt for the Bernkastel Walking Tour and Wine Tasting, the Moselle bike tour or Landshut Castle hike.
Day 7
Moselle Valley & Trier
Enjoy scenic cruising through Moselle Valley.
Later, choose from the “Rome of the North” and “Ancient Tales of the Porta Nigra” tours or embark on the Pertrisberg hike or Trier bike tour for a more active adventure.
Day 8
Cochem
Enjoy the best of both worlds on the Reichsburg Castle and Walking Tour or get active on the Reichsburg Castle hike or Cochem bike tour.
Day 9
Cologne
Choose between the “Holy City” walking tour and cathedral visit, the Kölsch beer tasting or a guided bike tour along the Rhine.
Day 10
Amsterdam
View Amsterdam via a scenic canal cruise followed by a walk to the Begijnhof or opt to enjoy the Tastes of Amsterdam* tour for a guided walk past the city’s canals and a visit to the grand Amsterdam Cafe.

Amsterdam (DISEMBARK)

The AmaPrima has a fitness room located on the Violin Deck. We also have a walking track and collection of bikes stored on Sun-Deck.
Is Wi-Fi available on board?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available to all guests during the duration of the cruise. However, it is important to note and plan for varying levels of speed and connection.
Is time spent in Rhine Gorge?
The afternoon of day 5 is spent cruising through the scenic views of Rhine Gorge, enjoy the beauty from aboard the AmaPrima before we moor once again in Bernkastel the following morning.
