Do ATOL and ABTA protect Emerald Cruises?
Relax and cruise with the ultimate peace of mind. Emerald Cruises is a member of both ATOL (Number 9294) and ABTA (Number Y6328).
Do Star-Ships provide mobility wheelchair access?
Emerald Cruises prides itself on welcoming passengers with medical conditions or disabilities. However, there may be limitations sometimes due to the ship’s design and during excursions. Some Star-Ships do not have elevators to all decks. Shore excursions could require you to climb up and down steps onto coaches, and some sites may have uneven footing or cobblestones. Discuss your specific needs with one of our friendly booking team agents, who will be happy to advise you.
