Amsterdam
The capital of the Netherlands is Amsterdam with its numerous museums, the beautiful cheese shops in the city center and the harbor. There are numerous sights here, such as the Anne Frank House, the canals and art museums. Amsterdam is one of the most historic cities in Holland, but also the largest in the country and a year-round travel destination. The Jordaan district with its small Wilhelminian style houses and waterways is particularly attractive. The train station is also one of the largest in the country. Rudesheim
The picturesque town of Rüdesheim is located directly on the Rhine in Hesse and has numerous sights, such as the famous Drosselgasse, where there are numerous wine bars, but also a castle, a torture museum, in which medieval torture instruments and the history of the Inquisition are exhibited. A cable car goes up to the Niederwald monument, which is located above the city. From here you can go on a wonderful hike through untouched forest areas and then come to the chairlift that leads directly to Assmannshausen. This is also located on the Rhine.

Speyer
The 2000 year old Speyer is like a single open-air museum: Salic history at every turn. The cathedral city on the Rhine is proud of its convenient location in the heart of Europe. The towering silhouette of the mighty red sandstone cathedral towers over the city. Anyone visiting the cathedral should also go down the steps to the Imperial Crypt. For at least two hours, visitors are kept in suspense by the most important sights of the old imperial city - they are almost all in the city center. Those who are tired of hiking: The city delights with countless restaurants and cafés.
Strasbourg
Strasbourg is a major city in France and is also the capital of the Alsace-Champagne-Ardenne-Lorraine region. The Rhine forms a natural border with Germany. The Maas and Aar also flow through the city. The district "La Petite France" is very popular with tourists and shows old half-timbered houses on the canal. With a typical boat with a glass roof, a so-called bateau-mouche, tourists can cruise the canal and learn interesting facts about the city. The Strasbourg cathedral is the city's landmark.
