Do I need a visa?
Satisfying visa requirements is the sole responsibility of each passenger, our booking team can only give general advice on visa requirements. Regulations can change, so always make your own enquiries to ensure you have the latest and most up-to-date information.
Is there on board internet access?
Most European cruise vessels offer complementary Wi-Fi access. Sometimes, there is a temporary disruption to service in remote areas or terrain that is very hilly or mountainous, and if the ship moves through locks.
Is smoking allowed on board the ship?
Smoking is not permitted in the suites and staterooms of your luxury vessel or in dining or other public areas. However, you may smoke on the Sun Deck. Our smoking policy covers vapes, vaping devices as well as traditional cigarettes. Non-smoking restrictions apply to many of the historical sites and landmarks on our tours, and there is also a no-smoking rule on the buses and coaches used for guests on shore excursions.
