Is there a laundry service available on board the ship?
Most of our ships offer a laundry service, which is available at an additional charge, or a self-serve laundrette with an ironing board. Your friendly booking agent will be able to tell you more and advise you on the best choice of clothing for your holiday.
Can I smoke on board the ship?
You can only smoke on the Sun Deck of the ship, not in enclosed public areas, restaurants, or your suite. The ship’s smoking policy applies to all types of vape devices as well as cigarettes. On shore, you will find that smoking is not permitted at many of the landmarks and historic attractions. If you are travelling by coach or bus, then these have a no-smoking policy.
Can you accommodate special diets or allergies on board the ship?
Our chefs produce fresh menus daily with local produce to create regional and international cuisine of the finest quality. We always offer gluten-free, low-carb, and vegetarian options as part of our ‘Travelling Lite’ menu. If you have any other specific dietary requirements for medical or health reasons, then please ensure you put this on your Passenger Information Form and tell our booking agent when you make your reservation.
