“Had a spectacular time, the ship was amazing and the dining venues provided many different options to choose from. Food was delicious and the staff were all so kind. Room was in great shape when we arrived, clean and tidy and the bed was very comfy, we slept in most days. Would love to cruise with TUI again someday.”

Can I smoke on board?

Guests can only smoke in designated areas on the top deck of the ship. Smoking is forbidden in cabins, even cabins with French balconies. This policy also applies to e-cigarettes.

Are pool towels provided on board?

Towels are available for customers using the Wellness Area.

Are all decks lift accessible?

Decks 1, 2 and 3 are lift accessible, but Deck 4 is not.
