How do I pay for my cruise?
We accept bank transfers (BACS), cheques, and credit or debit card payments. All payments must be made in pounds sterling; we don’t accept foreign currency payments. Payments made from non-British accounts must still be made in sterling, and there is a handling charge of £10 per transaction.
What documentation will I receive after I have made my booking?
If you book your cruise online, you will receive a confirmatory email of your booking and payment as soon as it’s complete. If you call up and make a reservation over the phone, you can choose whether to receive email or postal documents. Whichever way you opt to receive your documents, they will contain a Passenger Information form, which must be completed and returned. It contains essential details like your passport number and any health conditions. You can also submit this form by clicking on ‘My Booking’ on the website and filling in the information there.
What is the likely age range of the other cruise guests?
At Riviera Travel, we welcome guests of all ages, from 30s through to people in their 80s or even a little older. Age is just a number on board our ships, but all our passengers share a mutual desire to see the world and explore new places.
