Once you have paid your deposit then you will need to pay the balance before you travel. All payments must be made in pounds sterling, and we accept credit and debit cards, cheques, and bank transfers (BACS). We don’t take any foreign currency payments. Payments can be made from non-British accounts but must still be made in sterling. There is a handling charge of £10 per transaction.
Documents can come to you online or by post, depending on how you make your reservation. If you book online, then your confirmation will arrive by email. If you phone up to book, you can choose electronic or paper confirmation by post. All guests are required to complete a Passenger Information Form, which can be done online or as a hard copy document, which is then sent by post. The Passenger Information Form contains data about your health and essential details like your passport number.
