I have reduced mobility; can I still travel?
Vessels can vary in terms of their design, and shore excursions may require the ability to go up and down steps and stairs or walk over uneven ground. Talk to one of our friendly reservation agents who can review the ship and the tour itineraries for the cruise you want to book and see whether they are suitable for your needs.
Do I need a visa?
UK passport holders will need a visa to enter many countries we cruise through. If you’re unsure if you will need a visa, check with the bookings team when making a reservation. You are responsible for arranging your visa before you travel and won’t be able to cruise without the correct documentation.
When is the balance payment due for my cruise?
The date for the balance payment is shown on your booking confirmation. You can pay this online by clicking on ‘My Account’ on the website, sending a cheque, or calling the Customer Service Team, and paying over the phone. We accept credit and debit card payments.
