We regret that TUI cruise ships cannot accommodate wheelchair users. There are no lifts, so passengers must be able to use the stairs between decks and embark and disembark the ship unaided. If you have mobility restrictions, contact our Assisted Travel Team.
How can I pay the balance on my TUI cruise?
You can pay the balance on a debit or credit card. TUI accepts all major debit and credit cards, but credit cards must have been issued in the UK. Guests also have the option to meet the balance in instalments by Direct Debit after the deposit has been paid.
