If you bring medicines on board that you take regularly, we recommend keeping a note in a prominent location in your cabin. This may be useful if a first aider or staff member needs to refer to this information if you become unwell during your holiday.
At Saga, we grade shore excursions on their activity level, so guests always know in advance how demanding a tour will be. Walking tours graded 4 or higher always have a Gentle Walker group option. Gentle Walker groups follow a slower pace and a different route, avoiding steps, stairs, and steep inclines. Guests are free to join a Gentle Walker group at any time.
