Enjoy a Christmas adventure through Germany on this unique eight-day itinerary – filled with tours, demonstrations, bike rides and cable cars. Pay a visit to the country’s most iconic sites, as well as cultivating some Christmas spirit.
Day 1
Arrive to Mainz (EMBARK)
Your adventure starts off in the historic town of Mainz. After embarking your ship, the TUI Skyla, you may wish to enjoy sightseeing through the picturesque Old Town to the iconic Mainz Cathedral.
Day 2
Cologne
Explore one of Germany’s largest cities on a guided tour of the sites. Pay a visit to the city’s famous cathedral and enjoy a tasting of locally-brewed beers.
Day 3
Dusseldorf
Embark on a walking tour of the picturesque Dusseldorf. You may wish to visit the City Tower and enjoy a selection of beer tastings.
Day 4
Bonn
Today, either journey up the Drachenfels Mountain, tour the city, visit the Beethoven House or enjoy a three-hour coach trip to the Siebengebirge Mountains.
Day 5
Koblenz
Cycle through riverside lanes and countryside trails across Koblenz, pay a visit to the Hilltop Fortress via scenic cable car ride or explore by foot on a guided walking tour.
Day 6
Boppard / Rudesheim
Spend the first half of your day on a walking tour of Boppard. You may wish to embark on a scenic cycling journey from Boppard to Oberwesel.
The other half, you’ll spend exploring Rudesheim during the early evening.
Day 7
Rudesheim
Explore, tour and cycle through Rudesheim’s highlights today. Enjoy the opportunity to attend a unique coffee-making demo.
Day 8
Depart Mainz (DISEMBARK)
If you have time before your return flight – squeeze in some last minute sightseeing around Mainz.
