Day 1
Arrive in Cairo

This morning, visit the Giza Plateau with your Egyptologist guide and see the iconic Great Pyramids and the Sphinx. Continue to the Grand Egyptian Museum and peruse its ancient artefacts. Later, return to your hotel for an evening at leisure.

This morning, take an included flight from Cairo to Luxor. On arrival, visit the Karnak Temple complex. Then, transfer to the Nile River to board the Travelmarvel Sirius and enjoy lunch on board.
This afternoon, explore the Luxor Temple.
This evening, enjoy a Captain’s Welcome Dinner as your ship sets sail for Dendera.
Day 5
Luxor, Esna
See what your excursions bring today:
Insider Experience – Dendera Temple Visit: Early this morning, visit one of Egypt’s best-preserved ancient sites, the Dendera Temple complex. Join your Egyptologist guide on an exploration of the Temple of Hathor. Afterwards, return to the ship for lunch and a scenic sail back to Luxor.
This afternoon, explore the East Bank, including the Avenue of the Sphinx, before sailing to Esna this evening.
Day 6
Edfu, Aswan
After breakfast on board, visit Esna Temple, which is dedicated to the ram-headed god of creation, Khnum.
Insider Experience – Edfu Temple Visit: Travel by coach with your Egyptologist guide and discover the sacred site of the Temple of Horus.
Later, return to your ship and enjoy dinner on board as you sail towards Aswan for an overnight stay.
Day 7
Aswan
This morning, tour the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, and the preserved Philae Temple. Then, enjoy some leisure time or Enhance Your Journey.
- Enhance Your Journey – Afternoon High Tea at the Old Cataract Hotel: Partake in a traditional high tea at the Old Cataract Hotel.

Day 8

Take an included flight to the temples of Abu Simbel. With your Egyptologist guide, explore the complex, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
After returning to your ship, have lunch on board and sail north along the Nile towards Kom Ombo.
Day 9
Kom Ombo, Luxor
This morning, explore the Kom Ombo Temple. After your visit, sail back to Luxor.
Enhance Your Journey – Karnak Sound and Light Show: This evening, enjoy an atmospheric sound and light show at the marvellous Karnak Temple.
Day 10
Luxor
This morning, visit the incredible Colossi of Memnon before exploring the West Bank of the Nile in Luxor, the resting place of the tombs and temples of ancient Thebes.
This evening, enjoy a Farewell Dinner on board.

Depart Cairo
