Dive head-first into some of Egypt’s most famous attractions on this eight-day round trip from Luxor. Enjoy the expertise of onboard Egyptologists, as you make your way independently. As always, guests enjoy the option to pre-book a selection of tours and excursions with TUI.
Day 1
Arrive to Luxor
Your Nile river cruise begins in Luxor. It’s a twenty-five minute transfer from the airport to your ship, so you’ll have plenty of time this afternoon to get settled in and explore.
Day 2
Luxor
Take some time to explore this breathtakingly unique city – famous for blending the old with the new. Check out various ancient sights, including the temples of Karnak and Luxor and venture through various museums.
Day 3
Kom Ombo > Aswan
This morning, you’ll awake in Kom Ombo. Join an included excursion to the city’s famous double temple. Afterwards, we’ll continue into Aswan for some free time to explore independently. You may wish to fill your time here by booking a shore excursion with TUI.
On day three, you’ll have a full day to further explore Aswan. Stay on board, stroll the sights independently or join TUI on one of several optional excursions:

Tour of the high dam, unfinished Obelisk and Philae Temple in Aswan
Tombs of the Nobles and Kitchener’s Island with Felucca Experience
Day 4
Aswan
On day four, you’ll have a full day to further explore Aswan. Stay on board, stroll the sights independently or join TUI on one of several optional excursions:

Aswan
Today is our final day in Aswan, so make sure to soak up the lively atmosphere and tick off any remaining sightseeing adventures from your bucket list.

Edfu
Today will be spent exploring this small city – home to one of Egypt’s best-preserved ancient monuments, the Temple of Horus. Join TUI on an optional guided tour of this famous temple, or opt to spend the day exploring independently.
Day 7
Luxor
We’re back around to Luxor today, where you’ll have a full day to continue your adventures. Explore the city at your own pace or join TUI on an optional excursion:

Tour of the temples of Dendera & Abydos
Day 8
Depart Luxor
You’ve reached the end of your itinerary. Disembark in Luxor and begin your return journey back home.
