The Moselle and Andre Rieu Cruise Review

“The ship was very comfortable, and the food and staff were excellent. All destinations were well worth the visit, and the shore guides were very knowledgeable. The Sun Deck had plenty of seating for all passengers, and service in the restaurant was excellent, as was the food. We really enjoyed our trip and would recommend this ship to anyone.”

The Moselle and Andre Rieu Cruise FAQ

Find answers to some of the most common questions about river cruising here.

Are there medical services on board the ship?

The Amadeus Elegant will have at least one trained first aider for guests who need medical support during their cruise. If you are bringing medicines with you, it is helpful to keep a written record of drug type and dosage in your cabin in case staff need to refer to this during your holiday.

What are Gentle Walker Groups?

Gentle Walker groups take life at a slower pace and offer an alternative to some of our tours, avoiding inclines, stairs, and long flights of steps. Passengers are free to join Gentle Walker groups at any time.

When is the balance payment due for my cruise?

You must pay the balance for your cruise no later than 90 days before your embarkation date. You can pay by card over the phone or online via the website by clicking on ‘Manage My Booking.’ Saga does not retain card details, so we won’t take the final payment automatically. You can use a different card from the one you used for the deposit.
