Explore attractions scattered along the Rhine and Moselle rivers over the course of this fifteen-day itinerary. Day 1
Arrive to Amsterdam (EMBARK)
Fly from the UK to Amsterdam – spend the afternoon exploring your ship and join the evening’s extravagant welcome reception.
Day 2
Utrecht
After lunch, choose between a selection of free choice activities: either enjoy an excursion to De Haar Castle or tour the highlights of Utrecht alongside an expert local guide.
Day 3
Veere
On offer today, is a guided tour of one of the Netherlands prettiest villages. You may also opt to embark on a cycling tour through the village’s main attractions and pay a visit to the Delta Works dams.
Day 4
Antwerp
Spend the day on one of several free choice excursions; a guided walking tour of the city, visit to Ypres & Passchendaele, excursion to Bruges and a craft beer & chocolate pairing guided by a local expert.
Day 5
Arnhem
Visit the Arnhem Airborne Museum, tour the city’s sights via bike ride, explore the Het Loo Royal Palace or wander through the Netherlands Open Air Museum.
Day 6
Dusseldorf
This morning, explore the city via walking or cycling tour. You may also wish to learn about Dusseldorf’s famous Altbier and explore the city’s art history on a tour through the Old Town and K21 Museum.
Day 7
Moselle Valley Cruising
Your ship will spend the day cruising along the scenic Moselle river.
Day 8
Cochem
Explore Cochem on either a walking or cycling tour of the town’s most coveted attractions.
Day 9
Bernkastel
Today, guests can opt to enjoy a walking tour of Bernkastel, excursion to Trier or an informative wine tasting.
This evening offers an Enrich activity to a private classical concert at Liebfrauenkirche.
Day 10
Koblenz
Today includes a guided walking tour of Koblenz, trip to Marksburg Castle and the opportunity to explore the neighbouring medieval town of Limburg an der Lahn.
Day 11
Rhine Gorge / Rudesheim
Spend the morning cruising along the spectacular Rhine Gorge. Later, touch down in Rudesheim to visit Siegfried’s Musikkabinett Museum or join a local guide for a hike through the towns surrounding vineyards, concluding in a return cable ride.
Day 12
Mannheim
For today, choose between three free choice excursions; an orientation tour of Heidelberg concluding in free time, a historical tour with visits to the city’s most coveted attractions or an excursion to Bad Durkheim for a guided tour of a family-owned vineyard.
Day 13
Kehl / Strasbourg
Today presents the opportunity for a guided walking tour of Strasbourg and an excursion to Mittelbergheim.
Day 14
Breisach
Spend your final full day enjoying either a wine tasting at Kaiserstuhl, excursion to Colmar or an excursion to Freiburg.
Day 15
Depart Basel (DISEMBARK)
