Set sail from Cologne on eight-days worth of action-packed adventuring. Explore across a range of historic ports, picturesque landscapes and UNESCO-protected sites on Riviera’s guided tours, scenic cruises and delightful dinners.
Day 1
Arrive to Cologne (EMBARK)
Your adventure begins in Cologne; board the MS Geoffrey Chaucer and begin your getaway.
Day 2
Cochem
After a morning of leisurely sailing, we’ll arrive in Cochem for a guided tour. Afterwards, make the most of some free time to explore independently. Your day concludes back on board with a live folk music performance.
Day 3
Trier
Leaving Cochem, we’ll spend the morning at leisure as we cruise towards Trier. After lunch, disembark in Zell and board a coach to Trier for a guided tour and some free time.
Day 4
Bernkastel
Your day begins with a guided tour of picturesque Bernkastel, followed by some free time. Head back to your ship for lunch as we set sail towards Koblenz.
Day 5
Koblenz / Boppard
Spend the first half of your day on a guided tour of Koblenz alongside a local guide. After returning to your ship for lunch, disembark for a second time in Boppard for another guided excursion.
Day 6
Rhine Gorge & Rüdesheim
Your day begins with a serene cruising through the UNESCO-designated Rhine Gorge. Later, touch down in Rüdesheim for a guided tour of the wine town.
This evening, enjoy a memorable ‘Chef’s Dinner’ back on board.
Day 7
Cologne
After a morning at leisure, disembark in Cologne for your final guided tour on this itinerary. After dinner, enjoy a tasting of Lindt’s world-famous chocolates.
Day 8
Return Home (DISEMBARK)
Disembark from your ship and begin journeying home.
