This extravagant itinerary is designed to provide guests with the best of both worlds – featuring both hotel and cruising portions. Guests will enjoy a range of activities, tours, tastings and much more.
Day 1
Milan
Arrive at the Milan Malpensa Airport this afternoon to check into your hotel and spend the evening settling in. You may wish to embark on the ‘Leonaro da Vinci’s “The Last Supper”’ excursion.
*Please note this excursion may be operated on either Day 1 or Day 2.
Day 2
Milan
Begin your adventure on a scenic tour of Milan’s famous city highlights.
*Optional Masterpiece Collection excursion: ‘Milano La Scala’ (£119)
Day 3
Milan (Verona/Valpolicella) / Transfer to Venice (EMBARK)
For today, you’ll pay a visit to the historic Verona – known as the “City of Romeo and Juliet”. Afterwards, your journey continues into Valpolicella wine country to explore the vineyards and enjoy a lavish lunch.
Day 4
Venice
Arrive early into Venice for a walk around Doge’s Palace estate. Later, you’ll have the opportunity for a private, after-hours experience at Saint Mark’s Basilica where you’ll have the opportunity to explore the magnificent church.
Day 5
Venice / Mazzorbo (Burano)
Spend today exploring Vicenza and visiting the Teatro Olimpico or travel to Padua for a walking tour.
Come evening, join your guide for an evening stroll in Burano.
Day 6
Mazzorbo / Burano / Chioggia
Spend the day exploring Torcello and attending an informative Murano glass-blowing demonstration.
Day 7
Chioggia
Choose to spend your time in Chioggia biking along beaches, visiting the market, riding a bragozzo on the way to a tasting at Ca’Zen or visiting Dominio di Bagnoli to learn about their wines.
Day 8
Chioggia / Venice
Choose to embark on either a Po Delta Sailing excursion or a visit to Castello del Catajo – one of Europe’s most majestic castles.

Day 9
Venice
Spend your last full-day exploring Venice on a walking tour inspired by the locals, visiting the Gondola Artisans in Dorsoduro, attending a demonstration by a Ca’Macana mask atelier or trying your hand at Venice’s unique style of rowing.
Day 10
Venice (DISEMBARK) / Transfer to Rome
After disembarking from your ship this morning – make your way into the historical city of Rome. After checking into your hotel, you may wish to join your host for Orientation Walk around the neighbourhood.
Day 11
Rome
For today, you’ll embark on a panoramic tour of Rome to discover some of its most coveted tourist attractions.
Day 12
Rome
This day’s itinerary brings you to the smallest country in the world on a visit to Vatican City – complete with viewings of the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica.
Day 13
Rome
After breakfast, check out of your hotel to begin your journey home.
