Rebecca was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She had been on one of the river cruises and explained clearly what to expect regarding the cabins. We spoke several times on the phone and she was always happy and cheerful and gave advice on different cruises. I have passed the phone number to two friends who are thinking of going on river cruises.

As a more 'mature lady' and never having been on any kind of water cruise I needed quite a lot support with my booking. My interaction with Rebecca was online and on the phone. We knew we wanted to go on our first river cruise to either the Danube or the Rhine probably with Avalon who had been recommended to us by 2 people. Elaine found Crui.se who were able to set out simply and very professionally comparisons with other companies which confirmed our choice of Avalon on the Danube. We booked the trip with Carley at Crui.se and our upgraded cabin was even upgraded again without charge. In the meantime another holiday caught our eye and we got a quote for that the next day. Never having done a river cruise and travelling on my own, I had become disheartened at not finding something suitable within my price range. Then I stumbled upon Crui.se!! Rebecca was amazing, she found me some good deals and answered all my questions in a friendly, calm way, ironing out any concerns I had as a solo traveller. Unbeknown to me she even held a cabin as it was the last available one, which ended up being my preferred choice. We haven't been on a river cruise before, but we were soon able to book a Danube Cruise for next October thanks to cru.se Rebecca was very knowledgeable and patient and has answered all our queries - which cabin to choose, dinner arrangements, drinks package - and even suggested wisely that we do the cruise the other way round, i.e. from Budapest to Passau rather than starting from the north, as this would be more convenient for us. We wanted an extra two nights in Munich at the end of the trip, and so Rebecca arranged the air flights to match. Nothing was too much trouble, and she promptly replied by email to any queries we had. We booked with confidence and are delighted with our choices.

On my first call just to enquire the pice of the river cruise the call wa answered immediately by Rachel who was very informative without being "pushy". Rachel gave me the details and said that if I wanted to think about it she'd be pleased to answer any questions, she sent me an email with details of the cruise so that I could consider it at my leisure. When I phoned back next day Rachel again answered immediately, found me a cabin and I booked the cruise. Great service.
I was a complete pain in the neck as I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted but both Rebecca and Rachel were very patient, answering all my questions promptly and found several suitable cruises within the budget that I had in mind - customer service was second to none and both are a credit to Crui.se. I only hope that my actual cruise with Ama Waterways provides the same level of service because if so, it will be awesome!! Thank you 😊
