What happens if I leave something behind on the ship?
Contact us via the website where we have a Lost and Found form. Describe your item, and we will do our best to find it and send it back to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of carriage. Some items we cannot return include food products, alcohol, tobacco, batteries, or medication.
Is there an elevator on board the AmaStella?
The AmaStella has an elevator between the two main passenger decks, the Violin Deck and the Cello Deck. Access to the Sun Deck and the Piano Deck is by stairs only.
Does AmaStella offer triple occupancy rooms?
If you are travelling in a family group and want linked accommodation, then staterooms can be adjoining by request.
