What happens if I leave an item on the ship after disembarking at the end of the cruise?
We will always look for lost items, and you can contact us via the Lost and Found form on the website, where you can describe the article you have left behind. We will return guests’ items, but you will be responsible for the transit costs. There are some items we can’t send back, and these include food products, alcohol, tobacco, batteries, or medication.
Is there an elevator on board the AmaSonata?
The elevator on the AmaSonata serves the Violin and Cello Deck only; the Piano Deck and Sun Deck are accessed via stairs.
What language is spoken on board the AmaSonata?
The official language on all AmaWaterways vessels is English, and you will find that nearly all the crew are fluent. The on board announcements are all made in English, and the guides who conduct the tours are all fluent.
