There is an elevator on board the AmaLyra, which reaches the two highest passenger decks, reception area, and restaurant, but does not reach the Sun Deck or the lowest deck, the Piano Deck.
The official language on board the AmaLyra is English. Most crew members are fluent, and all the ship announcements and any lectures are always in English. Local tour guides are fluent in English.
