A new member of the 26-strong cruise fleet, AmaLucia showcases AmaWaterway’s hallmark casual, luxury style. What happens if I leave an item on board after disembarking at the final port?
We will always see if we can find your lost item; there’s a Lost and Found form on the website. We can send it back to you if we find it, but guests are responsible for paying the transit costs. Some items we cannot return and these include food products, alcohol, tobacco, batteries, or medication.
Is there an elevator on board the AmaLucia?
The elevator on the AmaLucia serves all three passenger decks but does not reach the Sun Deck, accessible via a short flight of stairs.
What language is spoken on board the AmaLucia?
The official language on all AmaWaterways vessels is English, and almost all the crew members are fluent. The ship announcements and any lectures are all in English, and the local tour guides are fluent.
