What happens if I leave an item on board after I have left the ship?
There is a Lost and Found form on our website where you can leave details about your missing item. We will try to find what you have lost and return it to you. There are some items we cannot send back, and these include food products, alcohol, tobacco, batteries, or medication. Guests are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
Is there an elevator on board the AmaLea?
The AmaLea has an elevator that serves all three passenger decks but not the Sun Deck, which is only accessible from a flight of stairs.
What language is spoken on board the AmaLea?
The official language on board all AmaWaterways vessels is English. Most of the crew are fluent in English, and all the ship announcements are in English. The local tour guides speak English, so they can easily answer any questions you may have about the place you’re visiting.
