What happens if I leave an item on board after disembarking at the final port?
We have a Lost and Found form, which you can find on our website, and we will always strive to locate your lost item and send it back to you. We can return most items but not food products, alcohol, tobacco, batteries, or medication. Guests are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
Is there an elevator on board the AmaCerto?
An elevator on board the AmaCerto serves the two highest passenger decks, including the reception area and restaurant. It does not reach the Sun Deck or the Piano Deck.
What language is spoken on board the AmaCerto?
The official language on board all AmaWaterways vessels is English. Most crew members speak fluent English, and all ship announcements and lectures are in English. Local tour guides are also fluent in English.
