Rachel has been working in travel since she could walk—or at least it feels that way! With 17 years as a store manager at TUI, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Crui.se. As our first-ever hire in August 2023, she’s been instrumental in shaping the business, and frankly, we’d be lost without her. Rachel’s all-time favorite cruise? The unforgettable Uniworld India’s Golden Triangle & The Sacred Ganges.

Rebecca and Rachel go way back—they worked together at TUI and even live down the road from each other, making coffee and catch-ups a regular occurrence. She joined us in May 2024 and has quickly become a customer favorite, known for her warm personality and expert advice. While she’s still new to river cruising, she’s set to embark on her first river voyage in May 2025, and we can’t wait to hear all about it!

Joanne joined Crui.se in March 2025 as a part-time Cruise Consultant, helping us extend our customer service hours into the evenings and weekends. Another trusted ex-colleague of Rachel’s, she’s known for her reliability, passion for travel, and ability to pick things up in record time. If you’re booking a cruise after hours, chances are you’ll be chatting with Joanne!

Danny is the marketing mastermind behind Crui.se. With a background in helping national brands grow, he’s the driving force behind our website’s content and strategy. Passionate about travel, AI, and customer experience, Danny ensures that every visitor to Crui.se gets the best possible information to make booking their cruise a breeze.

Dan is involved in the day-to-day operations of Crui.se, working closely with suppliers, refining the website, and—according to the team—annoying customer service just enough to keep things running smoothly. With a keen eye for improvements and a hands-on approach, he plays a key role in making Crui.se the go-to destination for river cruise bookings.
